Terms of Service.

hellosukh helps people connect with counselors and manage session requests. We are not a medical provider and do not provide clinical advice or emergency services.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately. Sessions booked through this platform are between the counselor and client directly.

Users of the platform agree to:

• Provide accurate information, including counselor credentials where relevant.
• Communicate respectfully and honestly.
• Adhere to the booking and cancellation policies set by individual counselors.
• Not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Counselors can create an account and start receiving booking requests through their personal booking link as soon as they verify their email. To be verified and listed in the hellosukh counselor directory, a counselor agrees to:

• Upload their resume, their professional license (if they hold one), and a government-issued ID within 4 weeks of registering.
• Provide documents that are genuine, current and belong to them.

If these documents are not submitted within 4 weeks, the counselor's profile will be paused and removed from the directory until they are. To restore a paused profile, submit the documents or contact support@hellosukh.com.

Documents are used only to verify identity and credentials. Until a counselor is verified, their booking page shows an “Unverified practitioner” label.

hellosukh helps with connection and scheduling. Counselors are responsible for managing their own availability and session rates. Any disputes regarding session content or payments must be resolved directly between the counselor and client.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, hellosukh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the platform or services provided by counselors listed on hellosukh.
